Terms & Conditions — nbajet Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nbajet website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, participating in a live casino game, or using any other feature of the nbajet platform, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and nbajet.

If you are accessing nbajet on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. These terms apply to all users of the nbajet platform regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access it.

nbajet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the nbajet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) using the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by nbajet or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person in relation to your account activity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of nbajet or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or payment partners.

nbajet will conduct age and identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal request. Documentation required may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with recent proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in your withdrawal being held until documents are provided and approved.

Where nbajet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned net of any bonuses received, subject to verification of the player's identity.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may register only one personal account on nbajet. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Credentials and Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nbajet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. nbajet will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

nbajet reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill (issued within the last three months), and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Until requested documents are provided and verified, nbajet may place a hold on pending withdrawal requests. Processing times for KYC verification are typically 24 to 72 hours from the time all required documents are received.

3.4 Account Currency

All nbajet accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Once your account currency is set to BDT at the time of registration, it cannot be changed. All bet settlements, bonus calculations, deposit credits, and withdrawal amounts will be expressed and processed in BDT.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

nbajet currently accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There are no fees charged by nbajet on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your account (the "deposit-back rule"). This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals submitted before 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on a working day are typically processed the same day. Withdrawals submitted after this cut-off are processed on the next working day. nbajet targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes from approval during BST business hours, though delays can occasionally occur due to banking system downtime outside nbajet's control.

4.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. nbajet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours while KYC checks are completed. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — the name on the destination payment method must match the name on your nbajet account exactly.

4.4 No Money Laundering

Depositing funds into your nbajet account without genuine intent to use them for betting or gaming, and then withdrawing the same funds, is considered an attempt to use nbajet for money movement and constitutes a serious violation of these terms. nbajet monitors account patterns and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on nbajet are subject to the specific rules displayed for each event at the time of bet placement. nbajet covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other cricket and sports markets. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, the odds at the time of confirmation apply and cannot be amended.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; match abandonment; clear and manifest odds errors; suspected match manipulation or spot-fixing; technical faults that resulted in the bet being accepted incorrectly; and any other scenario defined in the relevant sport's specific rules. Void bets are returned to the player's wallet at stake value.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the nbajet platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming; live table games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi; and crash titles from Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio. nbajet transmits these games through certified providers and does not modify RTP (Return to Player) values. Published RTP percentages reflect long-term theoretical return rates, not guaranteed return rates per session.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, game, and account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet or game play. nbajet reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits based on betting patterns, without prior notice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by nbajet are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated are set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough requirement") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of this period and are forfeited without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, along with permanent account suspension.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

nbajet may run special promotional campaigns tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as cricket seasons including BPL and IPL. These promotions carry their own specific terms, which are published at the time of launch and take precedence over general bonus terms where there is any conflict.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account on the nbajet platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, generate activity, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed-profit outcomes.
• Placing bets or accessing the casino while on a self-exclusion period, whether applied through nbajet directly or through any external programme.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or login credentials to access or fund an account.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, disconnection loopholes, or glitches in any game or betting system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Using the nbajet platform for any money-laundering purpose or any other criminal activity.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing nbajet staff or other players through any communication channel.

nbajet employs automated fraud detection systems that continuously monitor account and transaction patterns. Any account flagged by these systems will be reviewed by our compliance team. Where fraud is confirmed, nbajet will take all available steps to recover losses and report the matter to appropriate authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 nbajet's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

nbajet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nbajet reasonably believes that the account has been used in violation of these Terms & Conditions, that the account holder is not eligible to use the platform, or that account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request to close your nbajet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is confirmed, you must withdraw any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt of all required confirmation.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for a defined period or permanently, you may request self-exclusion through our support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended and cannot be used for any betting or gaming activity. 8.4 Balances on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these terms, funds held in the account will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, nbajet reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in proportion to the nature and severity of the breach. Any such decision is communicated to the player in writing via their registered email address.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajet's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbajet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if nbajet has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

nbajet does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. nbajet shall not be held liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including losses on pending live bets during such periods.

Gambling involves risk. By participating in sports betting or casino games on nbajet, you accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. nbajet accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred on the platform, regardless of the circumstances, provided that the platform operated as intended and the outcome was determined fairly.

10. Amendments to These Terms

nbajet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where we consider it appropriate, notify active players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed upon login.

Your continued use of the nbajet platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms.
